1. Overview

At magyar iptv, we are committed to providing a high-quality streaming experience. If you encounter any technical issues or find that our service does not meet your expectations, we offer a comprehensive refund policy.

2. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase date under the following conditions:

• You experienced persistent server downtime or stream freezing that our technical support team could not resolve.
• We failed to deliver your active playlist credentials or login API within 24 hours of checkout.
• You ordered by mistake and have NOT loaded or streamed any channels/content using the provided credentials.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the 3-day guarantee period has expired.
• Failure to stream due to issues with your personal equipment (e.g. slow local internet speed, outdated smart TVs, weak Wi-Fi router signals).
• Accounts suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use (such as sharing login details, or streaming on more concurrent devices than allowed).
• Temporary channel outages or updates to our VOD library. We maintain feeds but cannot guarantee specific individual channel uptime 100% of the time due to external broadcast changes.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to our support team directly via WhatsApp or email.
2. Provide your Order ID / Transaction Number and the email address used during checkout.
3. Provide a brief explanation of the technical issue you encountered (if applicable) so that our developers can investigate.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that banks or credit card processors may take between 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
